Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original heat-sealed packaging due to the intimate nature of our products.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a discreet shipping box and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
